Background & Training

As Emily Paul, an alchemist in the Seattle area who has walked the transformational path for over 30 years, my approach transcends traditional credentials. While I hold a Masters of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Bastyr University and a Bachelors of Art in Women and Gender Studies from Macalester College, my most profound wisdom comes from well-earned life experience, apprenticeships, and countless initiations.

I’m a certified Alchemy Practitioner and the only certified Ghost Points facilitator in the Pacific Northwest—credentials that represent years of rigorous apprenticeship in unique transformational protocols.

For over thirty years, I’ve worked with teachers, mentors, and healers—both within the United States and internationally—who have guided my exploration of meditation and mindfulness practices, somatic intelligence and embodied transformation, energetic healing and field awareness, leadership development through presence, and the practical application of perennial wisdom traditions.

My approach is informed by Daoist Alchemy and perennial wisdom, intuitive guidance, and decades of walking this transformational path myself. I bring both professional rigor and well-earned life experience to this sacred work.

Working Together: Seattle & Beyond

While I maintain clinic space in Seattle, I serve visionaries worldwide through both remote sessions and immersive in-person intensives.

For Seattle-area clients, in-person Ghost Points sessions are typically held in my clinic space, creating a deeply held container for profound transformation.

For clients anywhere in the world, coaching sessions and Alchemy Sessions are conducted remotely via Zoom or phone. The energetic work transcends physical distance—clients experience the same depth and power regardless of location.
